I thought it would be great to look back on at this post and kind of be reminded on who she was at this age, during this second year of her life!
She is completely funny! She has the silliest personality and loves to make people laugh! She will give you this mean look and roll her eyes up at you and then laugh and want you to do it back!
She loves to dance whenever she hears music. One of her favorite things was on Sunday nights when Carrie Underwood sang the "Oh, Sunday Night" football theme song! She would come running in to hear it and just sit and dance and smile all mesmerized!
She likes to sing too. Sometimes you have no idea what she is trying to sing (maybe she is making up her own songs and has a future as a song writer), but she is getting really good at singing "let it go, let it gooooooooooo!" over and over!
If you burp, she is sure to say "Cuse You" however, we're still working on her saying it after she burps! She is learning the word "Cheeese" Aka "Please" which can sometimes be misinterpreted for the actual word "cheese". She LOVES cheese and is always asking for it!
Some other things she says is obviously, "No", "oh too-tle" when she is watching Mickey Mouse, "deuce" when she wants juice, "waller" when she sees water, "y-lumn, numn, lumn" whenever she wants something to eat, "hushhhhhh!" and "shhhh" whenever the dogs bark, "nigh nigh" when she wants to lay down, "momma, mommy, momm," when she calls me.. or sometimes just to hear herself talk. If something smells bad, or if she goes poo-poo she likes to say "ewww poo-poo" she'll randomly say it too, usually when we're in the store around 1 million people.
She is such a caring girl and loves to hold her babies, give them bottles, push them in the stroller, and will rock them and say "shhh". She doesn't like to see someone cry (usually - sometimes she could care less), she does not like when people get loud even if its laughing and talking she will start yelling, she has finally started to give kisses out! And even though she won't say it to like anyone but me, she has said "ludge yoo"
Whenever I get home or pick her up after work or being gone, she will run to me with arms wide open screaming "mommyyyy" and it melts my heart every.single.time!
She has been going pee-pee on the potty for a few months now, but its random and its when we put her on it, she won't tell us if she needs to go or anything, but we will be starting the potty training hard core soon!
The girl LOVES to be outside! It is her happy place and she is all boy when she is out there getting dirty, but she does NOT like bugs! If she sees one she will cry/whine and get the shivers. She gets the shivers a lot, if its a different smell or taste or seeing a bug are the main times.
She loved the holidays and all of the movies and festivities! We took her on the Polar Express and she had such blast riding the train! She was obsessed with the Grinch Movie for the longest time and still likes watching it, but that was her very first movie obsession followed by Frozed and Polar Express, Princess and the Frog and Despicable Me are some favorites too!
She is still wearing 12-18 month clothing, some things she can wear smaller. She is tall and skinny. She is in a size 5 shoe, but will most likely soon move up to a 6 depending on the shoe. Which she loves her some shoes!
I love this child so much and I'm not sure what I did so right to deserve her, but I am so grateful for her<3
