Pounds down!

I don't know about you, but I always struggle with added weight after the holidays. It seems crazy because I feel like I am always running non stop during the holidays and I swear I have to be burning a million calories a day! Also, being pregnant during holidays this year I guess didn't help. Even though NOTHING sounded good enough to eat, apparently I found foods to satisfy me. The scale doesn't lie. Or does it?

**Drink more water and less everything else.**

Especially when everyone else around me gets the good stuff. I usually think to myself "i'll just have ONE glass of sweet tea." , "I'll just have ONE soda" or the best one "I've done really good, I deserve a cheat day!" HA! It's basically all downhill from there.

 

Sure, we can just buy the flavored packets from the store to give it flavor, BUT can those flavored packets be used for anything other than adding flavor to your water? I'm going with a big NO!
